Overview

This machine is suitable for the quantitative packaging of small granular materials, and can be widely used in food, veterinary medicine, pesticide, additive and other industries, such as water-dispersible granules (WDG), dry flowable (DF) and other materials.

1.  Fully Automatic: Realizes automatic bottle positioning, filling and metering.

3.  High Precision: Adopts digital servo motor to drive feeding, free from voltage fluctuations. Compared with traditional vibration feeding devices, it features more uniform feeding and more accurate metering. For small weight metering in particular, the accuracy can be controlled within 1 gram.

4.  Long Service Life: The machine body is made of SUS304 stainless steel, equipped with industrial-grade weighing modules and a PLC control system.

5.  Stable Feeding: The feeding system is equipped with a timing function, enabling normal feeding even if the material level probe malfunctions; the material level switch can be installed not only in the silo but also on the outer side to prevent switch failure.

6.  Easy Operation: Equipped with a color electronic touch screen for direct parameter setting.

7.  Material Damage-Free: Adopts a patented centrifugal hopper granule feeding device that causes no damage to the appearance of granules (suitable for ultra-fine materials as well).

8.  Compatible with Various Bottle Specifications: The four filling heads are customizable with adjustable spacing, enabling skip-bottle filling.
