1. PLC malfunction problem in fully automatic powder filling machine

If the vacuum solenoid valve is operated at this point, the fault situation is that the solenoid coil is not energized and the cylinder does not reset. If the method of using external force to collide with the PLC to separate the adhesive points can assist in determining the fault problem.
2. Fault problem of magnetic induction switch in fully automatic powder filling machine
Magnetic induction switch is used to detect the position of the cylinder and control the stroke of the cylinder. The four cylinders of stacking, pushing, pressing, and melting are interrelated in operation, and the magnetic induction switch is used to detect and control their positions. The specific manifestation of the fault problem is that the subsequent cylinder does not operate, mainly due to the fast speed of the cylinder of the powder filling machine, which causes the magnetic induction switch to be unable to detect signals. For example, if the speed of the pushing cylinder is too fast, after the pushing cylinder is reset, the pressing and melting cylinder will not operate.
3. Fault problem of vacuum solenoid valve in fully automatic powder filling machine
The specific manifestation of vacuum solenoid valve malfunction is that the cylinder does not operate or reset, mainly due to the inability of the cylinder solenoid valve to change direction or blow air. If the vacuum solenoid valve blows air, due to the interconnection of the inlet and outlet air paths, the air pressure of the machine cannot reach the working pressure, and the rise of the knife beam is not qualified. The limit switch of the knife beam protection does not work, and the prerequisite for the operation of the whole machine is not established. The machine cannot operate, which is easily confused with the problem of electrical equipment failure. Vacuum solenoid valves have a leakage sound when they blow air. By listening carefully to the sound source and searching for the leakage point with your hands, it is generally easier to find the vacuum solenoid valve that blows air.
